This payment reserves your spot for a whole Beef. Full payment will be required before shipment. 

• After down payment we will contact you when we have an animal scheduled for processing. 
• We will contact you to discuss how you would like your beef cut.
• Soon as your beef makes it to the butcher we will invoice you for the remainder of the payment. ($9,552-$11,940 minus down payment)
• Expected wait times vary based on availability (2-4 weeks).
